Opal and Go Gray both help you use your phone less, in different ways. Opal is built around blocking the apps you choose. Go Gray is built around grayscale: it keeps every app available but makes the whole phone less tempting, then adds nudges and optional app blocks.
| Go Gray | "Opal" | |
|---|---|---|
| Main approach | Grayscale: makes the whole phone less tempting, plus nudges and optional app blocks (Pro). | App blocking: Focus Rules that block chosen apps, a Focus Timer, and an Opal Score. |
